Body & goal
Calculates suggested calorie/macro targets from your stats instead of typing them in by hand — log a weigh-in below, set a goal and pace, then calculate.
Sex and age are only used as a fallback (Mifflin-St Jeor) when no body-fat % is logged below — log a body-fat % and the more accurate Katch-McArdle formula is used instead.
Weigh-ins
Weight: log daily (morning). Waist: weekly. Body fat %/muscle/visceral fat: monthly — leave those blank on days you're not measuring them, they won't be cleared. Drives the calculator above and the Progress/check-in readouts on your dashboard.
Daily targets
Day templates
Build a template per routine — e.g. a London weekday and a Japan trip version — then set one active. New days start from whichever template is active.
Good day setups
Days you've marked with "Save this day setup". When a day is completely empty, Auto-fill mostly reuses one of these — rotating so they don't repeat back-to-back — with an occasional freestyle mix thrown in to find new ones worth saving.

Reminders
When enabled, this device gets a push notification at each meal/snack time from your active plan.
Add food
Tap a food to add it — use +/− to log more than one, then add them all at once.
Rough estimates (about ±15–20%). Sauces and portions vary, so adjust size or quantity on each line.
Edit item
Got a scanned label, a chain's own figures, or a more accurate count? Put the real numbers in — this only changes this one entry, not the food library.
iOS reloaded the app before you saved — this is what you'd typed, restored.
